Due-Diligence Studies for Renewable Energy Projects

A Due-Diligence Study is resorted to in order to determine the viability of a Renewable Energy project prior to embarking on a Feasibility Study/Detailed Project report with or without a number of feasible alternatives. As part of the due-diligence study, the client may seek consulting services from Sustineo Energy to develop his project concept in order to plan and formulate a Project that would be subjected to subsequent appraisals and valuations for funding considerations through investment, grants or loans. Sustineo Energy may on its own or through its assigned consultants/expert pool conduct the said activities which may include all such agreed activities (depending on the Terms of Reference), but not limited to the following:

• Study of the Client's Terms of Reference and conceptual proposals for the project
• Collecting and reviewing all available data and information relevant to the study
• Carrying out preliminary reconnaissance surveys and investigations appropriate in extent and detail where necessary to supplement available information
• Study of alternative proposals where alternatives are feasible
• Preparation of preliminary cost estimate
• Carrying out preliminary economic / financial valuation and determine the most viable alternative
• Reporting of the merits of proceeding to the next stage of Detailed Feasibility Study

Sustineo Energy may on its own or through its assigned consultants/expert pool provide technical advice and Co-ordination Services to the Clients/Investors bringing in Investments in Renewable Energy Projects and Project Developers/Companies intending to set up Renewable Energy Projects.

PROCUREMENT & CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATION FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS

Sustineo Energy provides services to assist Renewable Energy Project Owner’s, Developers, and Companies in the preparation of RFQ/RFP/Bidding documents for the projects. This may include, but not limited to advising the Client/Company on appropriate methods and procedures of procurement, assisting the Client/Company in prequalification of contractors and invitation of tenders, assisting the Client/Company in reviewing and evaluation of Tenders received and advising on tenders in negotiating a contract, Preparation of Contract Documents for signing and post award contract administration services

Provision of Technical Experts/Consultants for Renewable Energy Projects especially Hydro, Wind and Solar

Sustineo Energy maintains a pool of Technical Consultants/Experts/Specialists in the Renewable Energy Business Areas and can co-ordinate expert services which may include but not limited to investigating and reporting on the condition of an existing project/facility and assessment of the strength/stability/suitability for a specific purpose, investigating & reporting on a project/structure or part of a project/structure etc., providing expert advice for Renewable Energy Project specific issues and works etc.
